Marilyn Monroe, the iconic Hollywood blonde bombshell actress who startled President John F. Kennedy with her sexy and breathless rendition of “Happy Birthday” at his 45^th birthday celebration in Madison Square Garden, emerges once again with the release of “Fragments” today.
