About Tom Dulaney

Tom Dulaney has been a newspaper reporter, a magazine editor, an Army Intelligence Special Agent, a trade show operator and a business founder and entrepreneur.
     Dulaney, currently residing in southeastern Pennsylvania, graduated from Penn State with a degree in Journalism in 1968. Drafted into the military during the Viet Nam war, he became a military intelligence agent and was stationed in Munich, Germany for two years.

Newspapers & Magazines
     He was a newspaper reporter for The Sharon Herald, Sharon, PA. After military service, he joined Chilton Company, Radnor, PA, and served as an editor on three business and industry publications, one of them a weekly news magazine with 130,000 subscribers, where he covered the economy, politics as it impacted the business world, and world events.

Business Founder & Publisher
     In 1982, he left Chilton to found C.S. Report Inc., publisher of Computer Systems Report for Distribution, a subscription-based print publication read by logistics professionals at Fortune 1000 companies.
     In 1983, he launched the Distribution/Computer EXPO, a national trade show featuring the latest computer software and systems for the supply chain industry. The EXPOs expanded to include not only the annual national event, held each year in Chicago in May, but West Coast and East Coast regional exhibits. During the 1990s, a series of Seminars was added to all of the EXPOs, becoming the leading seminars for the industry.

Amazon Publishes His Book & Short Stories
    His book, Angles' Tales, appeared on Amazon in 2009.  Since then, Amazon.com has published a number of his short stories.  In his spare time, he is writing an historical fiction novel set during the American Revolution.   His published work can be viewed on his author's page on Amazon.com
